Previously, in the ASMS Management Console, when performing the bulk import of Configuration Items (CIs) Using the template, the changes defined in the file were not applied to all records, even though the process ended without errors and without reporting inconsistencies.

Implemented a setting that ensures that when processing the bulk import template, all Cis are properly updated, immediately reflecting changes in the Admin Console.
