CASE PM-165552-19-202717, PM-159894-19-202719:
Previously, during the processing of cases and services, database queries were repeatedly executed that retrieved the entire record when only a few fields were required, or resolved the same information several times within the same operation. This behavior was accentuated in the execution of rules and in the validation of attachment folders, where the same query could be repeated continuously during the day. As a result, there was a sustained increase in the load on the database engine and a general degradation in the tool’s response times.
The repetitive processes associated with querying cases and services are optimized: operations retrieve only the necessary fields instead of the complete record, and the same information is avoided repeatedly resolved during the same execution. This adjustment reduces the number of queries and the volume of data transferred, which reduces the load on the database and maintains stable response times in daily operations.
