Deployed in the ASMS Management The functionality of Math Operations in Additional Fields, which allows administrators to set up mathematical formulas on additional fields such as Whole, Decimal or Coin. Once the formula is configured, the result is automatically calculated and displayed on consoles Specialist and Customer via the Calculate, keeping the target field in Read-Only mode to ensure the integrity of the computed data.

Available capabilities include: visual formula construction using draggable blocks with operator support Add, Subtract, Multiply, Split and Percentage; Use of Parentheses to group expressions; inclusion of Additional fields type Integer, Decimal or Currency as operands; and definition of configurable numerical constants directly on the canvas. For Integer type fields, the system automatically applies the toint() function to approximate the result to the nearest integer.

Functionality integrates with the Rules Engine, allowing you to evaluate calculated fields under rule conditions, and respects the Thousands Separators, Currency Format, Mandatory by States and Additional dependent fields. Calculated fields are excluded from actions Modify Item and Modify Related Items to prevent the rule engine from overwriting calculated values. Additionally, rules were set up to Approval between models: if the target field has no active mathematical operation, the calculated value is homologated; if it has its own operation, the value is not homologated and the Calculate is available for recalculation with the formula of the new model.
